秋田を代表する酒米「秋田酒こまち」を35％まで磨き上げ、協会1801酵母で醸した純米大吟醸を、一切手を加えることなくそのまま瓶詰めしました。さらに、瓶燗（びんかん）と呼ばれる瓶詰め後の火入れも、昔ながらの和釜を使用し、蔵人自らが手作業で行っております。細部にまでこだわった丁寧な酒造りによって、繊細で上品、そして優しさに満ちた思わず笑顔になるような味わいが生まれました。まさに至高の逸品です。
