芳醇でしっかりとした旨みと、膨らみのある濃淳な純米原酒です。そのまま飲んでも飲みごたえのある辛口に仕上がっていますが、その名の通り氷を入れると甘みが締まり、より喉ごし良くお召し上がりいただけます。氷が溶けてアルコール度数が和らぐと、やさしい口当たりになります。

岩手県産米を100%使用し、精米歩合は70%。アルコール分18度。
