創業97年、私たちは機械に頼ることなく、一つ一つ丁寧に日本酒を手造りしました。10kg単位で米を洗い、一本一本手作業で瓶詰めし、ラベルを貼りました。日本酒造好適米の王様である「山田錦」を使用し、ファンの皆様の笑顔を思い浮かべながら醸造した純米大吟醸酒です。
