The sake brewed with pure underground water that flows into the area has a very gentle and soft flavor, and we have been committed to quality-first sake brewing in this region for over 100 years. "Kihin" refers to the inherent temperament that something is born with. This sake is intentionally made with unmilled rice, allowing one to perceive the wildness and delicacy of the rice's inherent temperament.
