Description

We have achieved a rich aroma by using a semi-continuous vacuum distillation apparatus that allows distillation at a low temperature. We use tea from Minamimachi, Yamanashi Prefecture, as a botanical.
The quality of the tea born from the tea fields where the unique morning mist of the mountainous area occurs is superb. The tea leaves, hand-picked from early May, and carefully hand-rolled, result in tea that combines the freshness and richness of the greenery of the surrounding mountains, a smooth sweetness, and an elegant aroma.
With each sip, the fragrance of young leaves delicately tickles the senses, and the mellow sweetness spreads in the mouth, providing a sense of fulfillment that even relaxes the tension in the body.
