Una notable mezcla de elaboración con una proporción de pulido de arroz del 90% y una asombrosa proporción de koji del 40%, el doble de lo normal. Resalta plenamente los ricos y distintivos sabores del arroz. El aroma exótico se logra mediante la combinación de "levadura" y "koji de arroz" cuidadosamente elaborados utilizando el método tradicional Yamahai. El regusto persistente es profundo y duradero, con un sabor umami rico y profundo.
