Para nuestro 97.º año de elaboración de sake, hemos elaborado cuidadosamente nuestro sake a mano, sin depender de máquinas. Lavamos el arroz en unidades de 10 kg y cada botella se llenó y etiquetó a mano. Con la imagen de las sonrisas de nuestros fans en mente, elaboramos este sake daiginjo de arroz puro utilizando "Yamada Nishiki", el rey del arroz para la elaboración de sake.
