Un Junmai Genshu con cuerpo y de rico sabor, con una plenitud y profundidad. Tiene un sequedad sólida que proporciona un sabor satisfactorio incluso cuando se consume solo. Sin embargo, cuando se le añade hielo, como sugiere el nombre, el dulzor se intensifica y mejora la suavidad en la garganta. A medida que el hielo se derrite, el contenido de alcohol se suaviza, lo que resulta en una sensación agradable en la boca.

Elaborado con arroz producido en la Prefectura de Iwate con un porcentaje de pulido del 70%. Contenido de alcohol: 18%.
