A seasonal release from Shiwa Shuzo in Iwate Prefecture, Hiroki Junmai Ginjo Akizake (秋酒) is brewed in spring and rested through the summer to develop deeper, more rounded flavors by autumn. The result: a smooth, mature Junmai Ginjo with rich umami, ripe-fruit aromatics, and a clean, dry finish that pairs beautifully with autumn ingredients — grilled saury, mushroom rice, root vegetables. 720ml. Best served slightly chilled or at room temperature.
