This sake, born from Yamada Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki, has quietly matured the flavor of the rice over twelve years without causing any disturbances in the world of sake. Beneath its brilliantly shining color, as if a hint of gold has been dissolved, lies a clarity that knows no bounds. When poured into a glass, it creates a sound reminiscent of the creaking of the sake's appearance, presenting such an artistic assemblage.
